Reflections on the West Coast CREW Experience - San Francisco, CA

It was a real pleasure reconnecting with the CREW leadership team in San Francisco on March 25th.

Our gathering was held at the new Visa headquarters–an impressive space that truly brings to life the vision their executive team set in motion five years ago. Perched between Oracle Park (the home of the SF Giants) and the Chase Center (the home of the Golden State Warriors), the rooftop and upper floor's iconic location featured stunning views of the San Francisco Bay.

The CREW team kicked things off with introductions. Adam and Andy McGraw shared thoughtful updates on the upcoming Austin meetup scheduled for June 4-5, developments with PQ Intelligence, and Adam's recent meeting with Shirzad Chamine, author of the New York Times bestselling book Positive Intelligence. A major highlight was hearing about the organization's renewed commitment to expanding CREW’s West Coast presence—something I’m particularly excited about.

We then transitioned to an in-person Junto Roundtable. The energy and impact of being in the same room for this session were undeniable. It reinforced how valuable face-to-face engagements drive deeper connections and meaningful conversations.

To conclude the day, we headed to the rooftop of Hotel Via for food, drinks, and further networking. It was wonderful to spend time with such a diverse group of accomplished leaders, and I’m already looking forward to the next West Coast session.
